How do I care for my knit?
Spot clean when possible to keep your knit looking and feeling its best. When a full wash is needed: Machine wash in cold water on a gentle/delicate cycle.
Lay flat to dry. Do not use high heat.
Avoid pulling, snagging, or stretching your knit. Store folded when not in use.
Are your pieces handmade?
Yes! Every Rich & Royal Knits piece is hand-knit with care and attention to detail.
Are your items made to order?
Yes. Each piece is made to order rather than pulled from ready-to-ship inventory. This allows us to create your piece specifically for you.
How long does my order take?
Because every piece is hand-knit to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for your piece to be completed before shipping.
Can I choose my colors?
Yes! Select from the available color options on the product page. For styles in our Create Your Own collection, you can customize your piece with your preferred colors.

How does local pickup work?
Local pickup is available to customers in the Philadelphia area. Orders are handmade to order and require 2–4 weeks of processing. You'll receive an email when your order is ready with pickup details. Pickup is by appointment only at our designated pickup location.
