All Rich & Royal Knits pieces are handmade and made to order specifically for you. Because of the time, materials, and craftsmanship that go into each piece, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference-related reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at richandroyalknits@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review the situation and work with you to make it right.
