SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Made-to-Order

Every Rich & Royal Knits piece is hand-knit to order. Because your piece is made specifically for you, please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to be completed before it ships.

Shipping

Once your order is completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Standard shipping is $10.

Delivery Times

After your order ships, delivery typically takes approximately 3–5 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Rich & Royal Knits’ control may affect delivery times.

Please allow up to 2–4 weeks for your item to be made, plus approximately 3–5 business days for shipping.

Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the shipping address. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Rich & Royal Knits is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the delivery location. You may also contact the carrier directly to report the issue.
